Each transmission shaft should be positioned axially and longitudinally, and the bearings of the main shaft should be reasonably configured, which plays a significant role in improving the accuracy and stiffness of the main shaft components, reducing the temperature rise of the support, and simplifying the support structure.  The precision and efficiency required for hardware CNC automatic drilling machines can be achieved by utilizing the low friction loss of ball screws and high transmission efficiency. When the power consumption is only one fourth of that of a regular screw, it can achieve high-speed operation with low heat generation.
